★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La cajera no podía ingresar la dirección correctamente y luego dijo que hubo problema con la fecha de vencimiento de mi pasaporte.
Finalmente me despacharon sin cambiar los dólares que requería. No había gerente de cajas de Banco Azteca. Ya había cambiado dólares 5 veces en esa agencia.
En todo esto pasaron 30 minutos. Y otro operario me dice que el código postal que di ni existe. Si aparece en todos los sitios, está en Google maps. Uber y en todo... Finalmente me dijo... Aguantame no?
Pésima atención, nada profesional. No lo recomiendo!
 Terrible service. The cashier couldn't enter the address correctly and then said there was a problem with the expiration date on my passport.
Finally they sent me away without exchanging the dollars I required. There was no cashier manager at Banco Azteca. I had already exchanged dollars 5 times at that agency.
In all this 30 minutes passed. And another operator tells me that the zip code I gave doesn't even exist. If it appears everywhere, it's on Google maps. Uber and everything... Finally he told me... Hold me, right?
Terrible service, unprofessional. I do not recommend it!
