★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de ser una sucursal bien localizada, es una pena y es patético que el servicio al cliente sea aberrante. Si no es una cosa, es otra; aplica para trámites, retiros, depósitos.
Es en verdad una falta de respeto que el personal se la pase jugando en vez de ponerse a trabajar. No fuera un tramite para poder sacar una tarjeta nueva o un préstamo porque casualmente ahí nunca hay problema.
Verdaderamente espero que se destinen a hacer su labor en tiempo y forma de manera adecuada. Creo que solo hay 2 trabajadores, un ejecutivo y otro chico que se salvan de esta situación ya que ambos son muy amables.
Nunca hay papel en el cajero o en ocasiones no tiene efectivo. El personal disperso haciendo todo menos lo que deben, de mala gana con los clientes.

Despite being a well located branch, it's a shame and it's pathetic that the customer service is aberrant. If it is not one thing, it is another; applies for procedures, withdrawals, deposits.
It is truly disrespectful that the staff spend their time playing instead of getting to work. It was not a procedure to be able to get a new card or a loan because coincidentally there is never a problem there.
I truly hope that they are destined to do their work in a timely manner and in an adequate manner. I think there are only 2 workers, an executive and another guy who are saved from this situation since they are both very kind.
There is never any paper in the ATM or sometimes there is no cash. Staff scattered doing everything but what they should, reluctantly with customers.
All wrong.
