★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de ventas es muy bueno, pero el del banco es poco profesional, se la pasan jugando todos los hombres (los cajeros) y es fastidioso tener quebreperirles las cosas.
The sales staff is very good, but the bank staff is unprofessional, all the men (the tellers) are playing games and it is annoying to have to break things for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si servicio de ATM deja mucho que desear, el una ocasión al tratar de hacer un retiro me percate que uno estaba abierto, ?pueden creerlo?, Lo reporte enseguida al personal de la tienda y me dijeron "no hay personal para que lo chequen" que cosas!!
If ATM service leaves much to be desired, one time when trying to make a withdrawal I realized that one was open, can you believe it? I immediately reported it to the store staff and they told me "there is no staff to check it" what things!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trato y rapidéz delos ejecutivos,lo único malo es que cuando va uno nunca sirve el elevador ni están en función los baños,siempre los tienen como si se estuvieran lavando todo el día cómo por si llegara alguien no los regañaran !!! ojalá puedan checar eso !!!!! Gracias ?☺️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que es muy necesario activar el servicio del elevador, pues hay personas mayores y/o con discapacidades diferentes que tienen que accesar al banco azteca que está en el primer nivel y no en la planta baja como los demás bancos y nos cuesta mucho esfuerzo subir escaleras. Ojalá corrijan este desperfecto, por favor y gracias
