★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima, solicité apoyo en el banco, me abordó un hombre quien me dijo q debía esperar a q un asesor me atendiera y se fue a sentar a revisar su celular, dos asesores ocupados, el gerente sentado debajo de su letrero platicando y riendo con otra empleada, no había otra persona esperando más que yo, el hombre q me dijo que esperara siguió en el celular, después de 20 minutos de espera y sin q lo notaran me retiré... Pésimo servicio!!!
Bad, I requested support at the bank, I was approached by a man who told me that I should wait for an advisor to attend to me and he went to sit down to check his cell phone, two busy consultants, the manager sitting under his sign talking and laughing with another employee , there was no other person waiting for me, the man who told me to wait continued on the cell phone, after 20 minutes of waiting and without noticing I retired ... Terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está ubicado en un extremo de la zona Centro de la Ciudad por lo que hace más fácil su llegada y su salida, más a parte cuenta con un estacionamiento para los usuarios el cual esta vigilado todo el tiempo, cuenta con cajeros automáticos para no tener que hacer fila en el banco y la tienda cuenta con modelos de todo tipo de artículos recientes, el trato de los empleados es bueno.
The place is located at one end of the downtown area of the city, which makes it easier to arrive and leave, moreover, it has a parking lot for users which is guarded all the time, it has ATMs so as not to having to stand in line at the bank and the store has models of all kinds of recent items, the treatment of the employees is good.
