Most of the staff are too friendly, the scholarship withdrawal process is very long and there was an unnecessarily long queue because of the system

Lousy service from the executives but more of the type that calls himself a Manager who doesn't let go of his cell phone at all! Something so simple to fix had my mother going round and round!! They are the heap of all those who attend Banco Azteca
