Las cajeras explican las cosas de mala manera. El sistema de cobros de envío cambio y me habló de mala manera diciendo que debía llevar escrito el envío. Entiendo que cuidan su seguridad y más que ahora es importante pero si tienen personal en Banco Azteca no les haria mal un aumento de sueldo o quizá un curso de vocación de servicio. Hice fila por segunda vez y otra cajera me dijo que había escrito mal el envío así que tuve que salir de la fila y no estaba mal escrito. Tercera vez y hago fila porfin me atienden pero de una manera muy fría. Entiendo y comprendo esto no es un servicio VIP, pero que te hablen en un tono un poco grosero como regañando de algo que ni siquiera estaba enterada. En verdad no dan ganas de regresar un lugar donde tienen cara del IMSS.

Third time and I finally queue they serve me but in a very cold way. I understand and understand this is not a VIP service, but that they speak to you in a slightly rude tone as if scolding you for something that I was not even aware of. They really do not want to return to a place where they have the face of IMSS.

Atienden bien. El problema es encontrar estacionamiento pero enfrente está un supermercado y un banco. Si no te importa cruzar, te puedes estacionar. Normalmente está lleno pero en general dan buen servicio.

Las cajeras de muy mal humor. Cambio el sistema de envío y te dicen de muy mala gana que debes de llevar el número de envío escrito, (no en el celular), está bien no estar informado, pero te hablan de muy mala manera. Pase por segunda vez a hacer fila y otra cajera argumento que había escrito mal el número de envío y no era así. Tuve que hacer 3 veces fila. En especial una cajera de cabello pintado café castaño tiene una manera muy fea de atender.
