★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Marzo 2022) Mi experiencia no fue grata del todo. Al entrar te ofrecen alcohol en gel. El lugar cuenta con PB y 1 Piso. En 1 piso se encuentra el banco, cuenta con más de 5 ventanillas (Cuando acudí solamente operaban 4)y 10 atención al cliente (atención con ejecutivo). La atención con el ejecutivo fue mala. Estaba más atento a su celular que a la operación. No digo que todos los ejecutivos de ahí son así,pero él lo fue. Al final no pude realizar mi operación con él (Con otro ejecutivo,mismo lugar y diferente horario sí pude. Con la misma documentación)
Cuenta con estacionamiento que se encuentra a un costado del establecimiento,es pequeño (Sin costo,aunque al final se pide una "aportación" por su uso).
 (March 2022) My experience was not pleasant at all. When you enter they offer you alcohol in gel. the place has ground floor and 1 floor. The bank is located on 1 floor, it has more than 5 teller windows (when I went only 4 were operating) and 10 customer service (service with executive). The attention with the executive was bad. He was more attentive to his cell phone than to the operation. I'm not saying all the executives there are like that, but he was. In the end I could not carry out my operation with him (With another executive, same place and different time, I could. With the same documentation)
It has parking that is located next to the establishment, it is small (free of charge, although at the end a "contribution" is requested for its use).
