★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed reviews about the banking staff. Some are polite and professional and others are petty, lax with people's time and ruining the Banco Azteca brand. I won't go into my ordeal just to transfer money because it is unfair to those who work very hard to take care of the clients but I'll say they need to get rid of the employees who take no responsibility and disrespect clients with calm condescension and I'm not even referring to myself.
