De igual manera hay poco personal y la atención se vuelve lenta, en este caso no es problema del personal pero sí de la sucursal. Al principio el gerente de nombre Francisco me dijó que no se podía. Después me dio los requisitos para recibir el reembolso. Cumplí con los requisitos y aún así no me regresaron mi dinero. Siempre que preguntó me ponen algún otro requisito. Pesimo servicio!! Mienten!! Y roban!! Entregan productos inservibles!! They refuse to make a return on a defective product that they sold.
