Me desepcionaste banco azteca no puedo hacer transferencia ni nada ya que solo tienes con el INE para que me proceses algo debe de haber otras formas de identificación no sean cuadrados para estás eventualidades

Lo que en ningún Elektra verán ,fui ya en la noche y como en todos ,había muchísima gentes,pero woooooow!!me impresionó mucho la rapidez con la que atendieron en caja y eso que solo había 2 y super amables el cajero y la cajera,merecen mis respetos ....ojalá en todos lados fueran así?

No cuentan con los artículos suficientes a y por cierto todos los chicos están en sus mundos no te atienden así se los pidas...hacen caras si no es el trabajo que tienes porfavor búscate otra...simple y sencillo dejas de más que contar con el establecimiento y creo hay mucha gente interesado 3k el trabajo q cargas...

Visited the Banco Azteca attached.. good service, there was a long line but the line moved quickly. The person that helped me was named Rashel and she was WONDERFUL! I had a few tasks i needed to take care of, international and local and she helped me without delay! She worked quickly, was efficient, and extremely professional. I could not have asked for a better person to attend to my banking needs. We took a more time than the others in line, but we were treated extremely well. We were greeted very professionally and with much kindness. When we left, again, we were spoken to with much kindness and professionalism. I have visited many Banco Azteca locations and most have been good or better, but if Rashel is the example of how this branch conducts business, I will surely return to this specific branch to handle my banking needs. If you have a choice, choose this friendly branch. We have handled other business at the actual Elektra before, as well. We have also been met with kindness and professionalism from all employees. They have always tried to answer my ma g questions... I do a LOT of research before buying larger household goods .. and always ask many question so I can buy the correct items for my needs. I have made two larger household purchases at this Elektra location... One purchase was on payments, and one paid in full when purchased... Both purchases were handled well. If i had a problem., Which i had one small problem, not their fault, a manufacturer error... They handled my problem very quickly and were extremely helpful. I will continue to visit this location of Elektra for household purchases and the Branch of Banco Azteca here for my banking needs. I am between two locations, this location is a few minutes further, but u will choose this location until they give me a reason Not too!
