★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que hacer una apertura de cuenta para poder realizar un depósito. La asesora digital muy amable aunque tenía problemas con el sistema. Fuera de eso tuve que hacer fila porque solo tenían abierta una ventanilla de las cuatro con las que cuentan.
 I had to make an account opening to make a deposit. The very kind digital advisor although I had problems with the system. Outside of that I had to stand in line because they only had one window out of the four they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buen lugar , accesible solo que tardan mucho tiempo para desgogsr las filas que se hacen y eso desde antes de la pandemia.
A la hora de tener una duda note solucionan específicamente el problema que tienes y nuca están en contacto o comunicación con la gente de la empresa Elektra. Y no saben que movimientos se hicieron cn respecto a tu cuenta o deudas y batallas mucho para aclarar las cosas.
It is a good place, accessible only that it takes a long time to clear the lines that are made and that since before the pandemic.
When you have a question, do not specifically solve the problem you have and are never in contact or communication with the people of the Elektra company. And they do not know what movements were made regarding your account or debts and you struggle a lot to clarify things.
