★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Han mejorado muchísimo, rediseñaron sus instalaciones ahora hay mas agentes que atiendan en su banco, como detallé al renovar mi crédito me solicitaron mi comprobante de domicilio el cual lo tengo de manera digital, ellos aferrados me lo pidieron impreso solo para escanear. Como sugerencia cuidemos el planeta evitemos gastar hojas y energía en algo que digitalmente se puede solucionar.
They have improved a lot, they redesigned their facilities, now there are more agents who attend their bank, as I detailed when renewing my credit, they asked me for my proof of address which I have digitally, they clung to me and asked me for it printed just to scan. As a suggestion, let's take care of the planet, let's avoid spending leaves and energy on something that can be solved digitally.
