we purchased a bed and a washer and we when we went to leave they had no washer except for the one that was on the floor we had previously asked them to make sure they had one in a box. at that point we did not want to purchase the for model it had scratches all over it.. it was a 4-Hour process to get our money back and it will take 15 days and we never left the store with it for the bed they had to delete the whole transaction.... By that time we were so angry!!!

A pleasure to deal with, especially compared to our experience at Bomssa nearby. Customer service was prompt and friendly, and we got a discount for using cash. Best of all, our purchases were delivered in under an hour, even though it was father's day and a Mexico game day in the world cup! We'd bought things from them before and always had a good experience, but this time was exceptional.

Long lines. Customer service inadequate. Window service ok.

Following due diligence, I checked the website and found a camera adapter I needed in my Motorola phone. Due to covid restrictions, we waited for about 14 sunstricken minutes outside the store, until we finally were let in. Upon arriving to the phone booth, what it seem to be an easy task became an ordeal. Finally the manager arrived, and when he checked out their own local website assuring it had been a couple days since their last inventory, we located the camera adapter. However, to my chagrin, they did not have it. The lesson learnt here is that eventhough you may see an item allegedly available at Elektra's website, call and verify tnat an actual employee sees and holds the item for you, otherwise you will squander your vacation time and efforts.

Having issues after spending several thousand pesos... TBD?

Does not have much in the crowded store. The online shows so much, when get in the store same items not there

I got charged full price on an expensive item they said they would discount if I came back for it tomorrow. Didn't happen. Lip service.
