Todos los empleados están dedicados a sus asuntos en el teléfono, tienes que llamarles para que te atiendan. Solo los del banco están medio despiertos.

Hay ejecutivos sentados solo mirando como avanza la fila mientras de tras de ventanilla solo tenemos 3 cajeras para hacer atender a más de 17 personas con determinadas necesidades. La limpieza es poco eficiente los pasillos y escaleras sucios. En la puerta hay 2 personas innecesarias, que suban a una al área de cajeras.
A very long line for any operation you want to carry out. There are executives sitting just watching the line progress while behind the window we only have 3 cashiers to serve more than 17 people with certain needs. Housekeeping is inefficient, dirty hallways and stairs. There are 2 unnecessary people at the door, one of them to go up to the cashiers area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recién remodelada, ahora la sección de muebles y el banco están en la planta alta, tienen más cajas para atender, en general aunque haya gente la fila avanza rápido y la mayoría de la gente respeta la sana distancia. En cuanto a la tienda cuenta con un buen surtido, y puedes encontrar buenas ofertas en ocasiones.
