Well they were very nice but I was trying to send money to Jamaica I thought I needed a full address and so they started to plug that in,then that wasn't quite working so they said I only needed the name and the country so we did that and sent it's onword. My friend said he didn't receive it and they had sent it back...? So I called to try to talk to the woman that was helping me and found out it was a local call center and they weren't able to connect me to the place where I already received the help which was a problem. Consequently I had to take a cab in the next day to get it figured out. After some time the woman trying to figure it all out she came back with another gentleman and they explained that the place there could not send things to that country, Jamaica. And said I would have to come back in two or three hours to receive my cash. they should have known from the beginning that they could not send to Jamaica. So I wasted two days doing this. I asked if they knew other places in town like Walmart grocery store Maga, if they knew they could send to Jamaica? But they didn't know I asked if they could call the places but they said they didn't know the number. Consequently I was set up on my own to go place to place. I find it poor management and for Western Union set up that does not provide more helpful information to where and how to use their products,so that the place could provide services to help their clients out. I'm only giving three stars because the people were very nice although I guess their hands were tied to the limited access of information they had to help their client. It was very time-consuming and frustrating I will not return.
