Para hacer un depósito piden el pasaporte y eso está bien, sin embargo deberían ya saber (como ya muchas instituciones en México lo saben) que con la prórroga legal en el pasaporte, también se pueden hacer depósitos. La prórroga en los pasaportes Venezolanos es totalmente legal. Fui a hacer un depósito y no tenían ni idea de lo que me decían. En otros Elektra he podido hacer depósitos sin problema alguno. They are misinformed regarding deposits from Venezuelans to other countries. To make a deposit they ask for the passport and that is fine, however they should already know (as many institutions in Mexico already know) that with the legal extension in the passport, deposits can also be made. The extension in Venezuelan passports is completely legal. I went to make a deposit and they had no idea what they were telling me. In other Elektra I have been able to make deposits without any problem.

J	John Ryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, that is very clean, they are safe with keeping distance, using sanitation, but it does get very busy and can take about 30 min to be seen by a teller if your withdrawing money, or paying bills. They don't convert dollars into pesos. They are looking very friendly and knowledgeable.
