★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es bueno, solo que en la página de internet dice que cuentan con envío a domicilio GRATIS en ciertos artículos. Lo cual es mentira, compré un refrigerador y me dijeron que ellos no cuentan con ese servicio y tenía que ir yo por el o contratar flete. Si piensan ir a comprar algo por el estilo asegúrese de contar con flete primero.
 The customer service is good, only that the website says they have FREE home delivery on certain items. Which is a lie, I bought a refrigerator and they told me that they do not have that service and I had to go for it or hire freight. If you're going to buy something like that, make sure you have freight first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pudieron hacer el envío de dinero ya q no sabían hacerlo por q soy extranjero y me poden pasaporte vigente ya lo lleve y aun así no supieron hacerlo en el otro electra si lo hicieron de una sin dificultad
They couldn't send money since they didn't know how to do it because I'm a foreigner and they could give me a valid passport and I already had it and even so they didn't know how to do it in the other electra if they did it in one without difficulty
