★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen servicio al cliente se basa siempre desde que entras asta que sales, las empleadas siempre están con caras, las filas lentisimas, preguntas sobre pagos que claramente están mal desglosados y con nulo conocimiento tratan de lavarte la cabeza con que estás mal cuando claramente ni ellos entienden el desglose de cada cosa.
Si bien es un trabajo siempre debe basarse un una buena actitud de la cual carecen, les hacen falta unos buenos cursos de atención al cliente, ya que se nota que aun que varias llevan añoooos como empleadas tienen demasiada falta de interés hacia los clientes incluso con despotismo, antes de contratar deben primero evaluar actitudes que dejan mucho que desear.
Solo por que no se puede poner menos 5 estrellas.
Good customer service is always based from the moment you enter until you leave, the employees are always with faces, the very slow lines, questions about payments that are clearly poorly broken down and with no knowledge they try to wash your mind that you are wrong when clearly neither they understand the breakdown of everything.
Although it is a job, it should always be based on a good attitude which they lack, they need good customer service courses, since it is noted that even though several have been employees for years, they have too much lack of interest in customers even with despotism, before hiring they must first evaluate attitudes that leave much to be desired.
Just because you can't put less than 5 stars.
