C	Cynthia Venzor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nesecitan contratar más jente que sea profesional, y que sean educados, mi mamá hizo fila para retirar un envío 1 hora al llegar ala ventanilla entregó su clave y su indentification, la empleada del lugar se equivocó al poner la numeración, aferrada la empleada que era la clava de mamá, mi mamá tubo que poner saldo en ese momento para poder comunicarse conmigo que estoy en usa , para confirmar la clave, claro clave co firmada que estaba bien, en ese momento se acerca el encargado del Banco Azteca localizado en Choix-Sinaloa, le dice señora póngase aser fila nuevamente, mama le dice oiga ya hize fila 1 hora? Le repite mamá fue error de su empleada no Mio seńor , le repite el encargado,vuela aser fila, PUNTO AQUÍ? ES QUE NO RESPECTAN ALOS CLIENTES, POR EL ERROR DE LA EMPLEADA MAMA TIENE QUE HACER OTRA HORA DE FILA? Hoy fui como cada lunes a realizar mi abono y había una fila de 22 personas y solo una cajera. Eso me gustaría que cambiará y que den un servicio más rápido. Yo me tomé la,libertad de agarrar el gel porque no había nadie queme lo diera I went to the Azteca bank ATM, very good attention that is in Azteca bank but the staff of the extra did not check my temperature, nor did they give me gel.
