Hace unas horas hice fila durante 40min iba a retirar y cuando me tocó pasar me dice el cajero que en esa fila era para puros pagos que vaya a hacer otra vez fila a la otra. Fui a la otra y el cajero no me quizo atender que porque no hice fila!! Hágame el favor!!! Yo si hice fila durante 40min y no me quisieron atender!! De quien es la culpa?? Mia o de que no hay nadie encargado de decir esta fila es para envíos y esta fila para pagos.. ni siquiera un letrero!!!!!!

 Terrible service. A few hours ago I lined up for 40min I was going to withdraw and when I had to pass, the teller told me that in that row it was for pure payments that I was going to do the other line again. I went to the other one and the cashier did not want to attend to me because I did not make a line !! Do me the favor !!! I did row for 40min and they did not want to attend to me !! Whose fault is it?? Mia or that there is no one in charge to say this row is for shipping and this row for payments .. not even a sign !!!!!!
It was unfair ...
