★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención,pero estaría mejor si estuvieran abiertas las 3 ventanillas de atención al cliente por lo regular son 2 a veses solo 1 para colmo pasan a personas de banco azteca para algún trámite sin hacer fila tardan demaciado en salir y también pasan sin hacer fila a cobradores de su empresa.que llevan me imagino pagos varios y de 1x 1 sus pagos !!! Terrible cuando al fin ya te va a tocar turno y sasss pasan a cualquiera de los arriva mencionados.saludos
Good service, but it would be better if the 3 customer service windows were open, usually there are 2, sometimes only 1 to top it all, they pass people from Banco Azteca for some procedure without queuing, they take too long to leave and they also pass without queuing to collectors of your company. that they carry, I imagine various payments and 1x1 their payments!!! Terrible when it's finally your turn and sasss they go to any of the above mentioned. Regards
