★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato en este tipo de Banco-Tienda Departamental por lo regular son así tardados, los empleados no se saben conducir a los clientes, no explican la información de las garantías de los productos como tendría que ser y eso ocasiona muchos problemas ya que les interesa vender a cómo se lugar. En el área de banco no te saben explicar lo referente a los intereses de una TDC el CAT u otro tipo de características de sus productos financieros, les hace falta personal realmente capacitado. Pero es un B. azteca y no se puede esperar más.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como cualquier otro elektra, pero este no tiene su cajero afuera así que prepárate con tu cubre bocas por que tendrías que entrar. Siempre está lleno de carros afuera del lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es bastante aceptable, los cajeros tratan de atender de manera rápida, pero hay días que están saturados, como el martes y viernes, que es cuando hay tianguis, donde se aglutina más la gente. En cuanto a los productos, hay gran variedad, pero no tienen los últimos modelos en televisores, incluso, en esta sucursal, no hay consolas de actual generación como PS5, Nintendo Switch OLED o Xbox Series X.
