★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta vez recurrimos al Banco Azteca en el interior de la tienda Elektra.
A diferencia de otras veces, la atención de las cajeras (por lo menos las 2 que me atendieron) fue de mucha amabilidad e interés por solucionar mis dudas en algunas operaciones bancarias.
Aunque la cola del turno era bastante larga, la atención en ventanilla estaba siendo muy ágil pues estaban trabajando la mayoría de las cajas.
Buena experiencia de la visita en esta ocasión. Creo que por fin atendieron las quejas que manifesté en sus medios de contacto y la de otros usuarios que igual tenían en su trato.
¡Bien por esa mejora!
This time we turned to Banco Azteca inside the Elektra store.
Unlike other times, the attention of the cashiers (at least the 2 who attended me) was very kind and interested in solving my doubts in some banking operations.
Although the queue for the shift was quite long, the window service was being very agile as most of the cashiers were working.
Good experience of the visit on this occasion. I think that they finally addressed the complaints that I expressed in their means of contact and that of other users who had the same treatment.
Good for that improvement!
