★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala organización para pasar con ejecutivo, no hay turnos definidos y todavía se ponen a echar chisme con los clientes que están atendiendo (en específico una señora "asesora" que estuvo más de media hora platicando con otra señora bien agusto y sin cubrebocas).
 Very poor organization to go through with an executive, there are no defined shifts and they still gossip with the clients they are serving (specifically a lady "advisor" who spent more than half an hour talking with another lady who was very comfortable and without a mask).

Solo atienden en una ventanilla. Quise hablar con el gerente y no me quiso atender bajo el argumento de que por la pandemia no pueden dar atención lo cual es totalmente absurdo pues los ejecutivos si atienden.
Solo hay 2 ejecutivos y te ignoran

Terrible service
They only serve at a window. I wanted to talk to the manager and he did not want to attend me under the argument that due to the pandemic they cannot give attention, which is totally absurd because the executives do attend.
There are only 2 executives and they ignore you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo Servicio con su personal y sus horarios ya qué en la puerta de la entrada dice un horario de servicio, en Internet (en especifico google Maps) ponen otro horario y el personal menciona otro horario entonces pónganse de acuerdo la verdad que mala experiencia tuve el día de ayer por acudir a la más cercana a mi domicilio y termine por ir a una más lejana pero bueno ahí les encargo
Terrible service with its staff and its schedules because on the entrance door it says a service schedule, on the Internet (specifically Google Maps) they put another schedule and the staff mentions another schedule so agree the truth that I had a bad experience yesterday to go to the one closest to my home and end up going to a more distant one but well, I'll order them there
