★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en general a pesar de que estar Certificados en ISO900, tengo una semana solicitando la corrección de una factura que no agregaron el RFC y no ha timbrado, ya ni contestan las llamadas, los precios son más económicos en una ferretería, sinceramente no vuelvo y no lo recomiendo!
 Terrible service in general despite being ISO900 Certified, I have a week requesting the correction of an invoice that did not add the RFC and has not rung, nor do they answer calls, the prices are cheaper in a hardware store, I honestly do not return and I do not recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, es una fila lenta para ingresar o hacer sólo una pregunta. Me tardé media hora para entrar y no había lo que necesitaba. Con lo del protocolo de sanidad el tipo de la entrada dice no saber nada, que te formes, entras haces la pregunta y te dicen no hay. Aproveché para preguntar precios de otras cosas y está carisimo que bárbaros por ejemplo un socket de plástico 22 pesos, en otros lados 7 u 8 pesos.. Lo único bueno es la ubicación en 5 de febrero y amplio estacionamiento. Hacen muy lento el ingreso, yo recomiendo ver otras opciones.
Very bad experience, it is a slow line to enter or ask only one question. It took me half an hour to get in and there wasn't what I needed. With the health protocol, the guy at the entrance says he doesn't know anything, that you train, you go in and you ask the question and they tell you there isn't. I took the opportunity to ask prices of other things and it is very expensive than barbarians for example a plastic socket 22 pesos, elsewhere 7 or 8 pesos .. The only good thing is the location on February 5 and ample parking. They make income very slow, I recommend looking at other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran cantidad de productos en la tienda, no pensé que fuera a encontrar brazos para postes de iluminación pero si tuvieron, igualmente venden accesorios de fijación como abrazaderas.
Aceptan tarjetas de crédito, débito y efectivo, te dan factura al instante y manejan turnos por número. La atención es buena y es una por cliente. Cuentan con un buen estacionamiento.
Lots of products in the store, I did not think I was going to find arms for light poles but if they did, they also sell fixing accessories such as clamps.
They accept credit, debit and cash cards, give you an invoice instantly and handle shifts by number. The service is good and it is one per client. They have a good parking lot.
