★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Todos están sentados detrás de un mostrador con mala cara ,nunca se levantan de su cubículo para dar atención o asesoría. No lo recomiendo para nada. La gerencia debería poner solucion al respecto pues he acudido 2 veces y es la misma situación de apatía, mala atención por parte del personal de ventas y también de bodega. O tal vez a todos ellos los tengan trabajando gratis, por eso la mala actitud de servicio. No lo recomiendo ???
Terrible service. Everyone is sitting behind a counter scowling, never leaving their cubicle to give attention or advice. I do not recommend it at all. The management should put a solution in this regard because I have come 2 times and it is the same situation of apathy, poor attention from the sales staff and also from the winery. Or maybe they have all of them working for free, hence the poor service attitude. I do not recommend it ???
