★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son regulares, los aparatos tienen cojines rasgados con parches malhechos, Si tienes más de 40 años y te dedicas solo a hacer ejercicio y no a socializar te vas a topar con que resultas incómodo. Si utilizas mucho peso, mucha carga en tus rutinas, lo que implica que pocas personas pueden alternar contigo en los aparatos porque no pueden con las cargas que utilizas, se van a quejar de ti, y El dueño sin razones te excluye de seguir entrenando, no importa que seas ordenado, silencioso y poco entrometido.
El dueño también es muy tacaño, si utilizas la regadera todos los días para bañarte después de entrenar y antes de ir a trabajar le representas un gasto indeseable pero no te lo dice solo te restringe el uso de sus instalaciones.
El modelo de negocio es básicamente tener la mayor cantidad de gente que paga su mensualidad con el menor uso de las instalaciones posible, Si vas 6 días a la semana no eres el usuario que el Negocio busca.

The owner is also very stingy, if you use the shower every day to bathe after training and before going to work, you represent an undesirable expense but he does not tell you it only restricts the use of his facilities.
The business model is basically to have as many people who pay their monthly payment with the least use of the facilities possible. If you go 6 days a week, you are not the user that the Business is looking for.

Importante comentar que en el piso de arriba no se cuenta con camaras de seguridad, para que lo tomen en cuenta
