Se acababa de cambiar pocos años antes de otro local cercano en que se llamaba "Escuela Alfareros", donde empezó mi hermano mayor. A él sí le tocó estrenar el edificio actual, que era el orgullo de San Pedro, por moderna. Entré a 1er. grado en 1965, saliendo en 1971. Participé en el concurso anual de zona escolar para alumnos de sexto año. Me fue muy bien y de regalo viajé a México a visitar al nuevo Presidente: Luis Echeverría Álvarez. Añoro mi vieja escuela por la que siento un gran cariño. Por razones de privacidad, no uso mi nombre real aquí, sino un pseudónimo. Gracias. I was a student at that Urbana 115 school when it was almost brand new. It had just changed a few years before from another nearby place called "Escuela Alfareros", where my older brother started. It was his turn to release the current building, which was the pride of San Pedro, because it is modern. I entered 1st. grade in 1965, leaving in 1971. I participated in the annual school zone contest for sixth graders. It went very well for me and as a gift I traveled to Mexico to visit the new President: Luis Echeverría Álvarez. I miss my old school for which I have great affection. For privacy reasons, I do not use my real name here, but a pseudonym. Thank you.
