★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accidentally left my gold chain with 2 gold crosses at Elements Day Spa, Bucerias, MX (one from my mother, the other from my Orthodox Chrismation). I didn't notice until late that evening and the spa was closed. I just knew I had seen the last of them, and hated to even call to ask, but they did keep them safe for me until I could get back the next day - thank you! ALSO, the massages my wife and I received at the Spa were superb! Best we've had yet in MX and fairly priced - much better than the Resort!!!

No doubt that this is the best place to have some spa time. Oh...by the way...the price was amazing!!! Best value we have ever seen anywhere. Support the local businesses by coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are awesome and the expertise was top notch. I had a wonderful therapeutic massage and it was much better than most of the massages I have had in Calgary, Alberta. I also had a manicure and pedicure. The setting is basic but the staff knowledge is great and the price cannot be beat. A great value. I recommend it to anyone. Our whole family enjoyed the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a typical commercial resort spa. This is a very friendly, professional, and affordable spa offering a full range of nail, skin, and massage services. A short walk from the Riu Pacifico where we were staying. Give them a call or stop by for a walk in appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, the massage lady moved her hands too fast. So it wasn’t relaxing & felt more of adding lotion to me rather than a massage with enough pressure (and I don’t like much pressure). I can speak some Spanish and asked her many times to slow down her movements but she didn’t. They used too much oil and the sheets they had on the beds were synthetic feeling. But the bathroom was clean and it was 400 pesos, much less than the States, but also more than some others I’ve tried here.
