Te cancelan la reserva 10 días antes de la llegada ,nosotros hicimos la reserva y el pago total a través de Vrbo con más de 1 mes de anticipación , ahora los precios están al doble . Impresentables y falta de seriedad profesional DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!! They cancel the reservation 10 days before arrival, we made the reservation and the total payment through Vrbo with more than 1 month in advance, now the prices are double. Las habitaciones son muy obscuras sin la luz prendida hacen falta mas trastes en el departamento y los colchones estan muy feos! No hay donde secar la ropa. Las instalaciones estan bien. The pool is fine, it is small but it is not very crowded, the apartment is very spacious. The rooms are very dark without the light on, more dishes are needed in the apartment and the mattresses are very ugly! There is no where to dry the clothes. The facilities are fine.

Recomiendo poner alarmas por qué ahí fácil te dan las 2 de la tarde y ni te enteras It is very comfortable it is nice but there is no ventilation, there are no windows only in the dining room and the bedrooms? Like caves or large cells but without a view. I recommend setting alarms because it is easy there they give you 2 in the afternoon and you don't even know

Viví ahí 3 meses y cada vez que quería usar el aire acondicionado del gym (que no tiene ventanas) me decían que no estaba el control remoto para encenderlo. Cambiaron el proveedor de wifi por uno "supuestamente mejor" y más caro que ahora se corta. Los recibos de luz llegan muy altos ya que la estufa es eléctrica y las habitaciones no tienen ventanas ni ventilador, por lo que usas mucho el AC.
H	Helberth Vásquez Camacho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar en sí en muy muy bonito estéticamente, el edificio en sí tiene buenos detalles, la camas eran cómodas, espaciosa. Lamentablemente el agua de las duchas nunca calentó y era bastante fría, nos dieron 4 paños y solo nos los cambiaron una vez y fue porque lo pedimos, al parecer hacen el proceso muy lento ya que uno debe pedirle a la muchacha con la que rentas el Airbnb para que te de más toallas, bolsas de basura o papel higiénico lo cual me parece absurdo si la muchachas de la limpieza podrían brindarle fácilmente (Este fue el punto más bajo) El jacuzzi no calentó El gym estaba bien, lo necesario para hacer un poco de pesas La ubicación, no estaba mal, a unos 12 minutos del centro caminando y en bici unos 5 minutos, hay una gasolinera cerca y hay un Circel K ahí mismo (no muy surtido pero puede servir para comprar algunas cosas más que todo licor ) también hay otros restaurantes nice a 5 minutos caminado (Burrito Amor, Podheads y otros) Es tranquilo y seguro, la policía está a un costado, y el parqueo no está mal, hay parqueo para motos afuera y adentro para bicis La piscina es linda y hay un lugar muy bonito para estar y tomar fotos Podría volver a Elementus si arreglan las duchas Puntuación 3,8 The place itself is very very beautiful aesthetically, the building itself has good details, the beds were comfortable, spacious. Unfortunately the water in the showers never got hot and was quite cold, they gave us 4 cloths and they only changed them once and it was because we asked for it, apparently they make the process very slow since one has to ask the girl with whom you rent the Airbnb to give you more towels, garbage bags or toilet paper which seems absurd to me if the cleaning girls could easily provide it (This was the lowest point) Jacuzzi did not heat The gym was fine, what was necessary to do a little weight training The location was not bad, about 12 minutes from the center walking and about 5 minutes by bike, there is a gas station nearby and there is a Circel K right there (not very well stocked but it can be used to buy some things more than all liquor) there is also other nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk (Burrito Amor, Podheads and others) It is quiet and safe, the police are on one side, and the parking is not bad, there is parking for motorcycles outside and inside for bikes The pool is nice and there is a very nice place to be and take photos Might go back to Elementus if they fix the showers Score 3.8
N	Nancy L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get a bike from it with just a minimum deposit and your ID, the place is pet-friendly so you can also take your best friend there, the security guy Edwin was very nice explain to us different things about the place benefit, schedules and Tulum around, the garden and pool aver very clean and the swimming pool the water is very warm it also has a jacuzzi. Everything looks very very new, so the house was very unipersonal, and I don't know about the other departments but mine need a few things more, just details that you realize when you live there, it has a Gym (very small but it works) in general the place is nice, but it also says the location is in the middle of tulum, and this location is wrong actually is at the end of Tulum so if you want party or but something from the supermarket is completely oposit side.

T	Tobias Kümmeritz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eventhough it's far from the city center and the beach it is a modern perfectly equipped appartement hotel. If you need anything just ask the stuff at the place and they will help you right away! It's next to the police station so loud parties are not allowed, but your car and yourself are quite secure there. We were there during spring break and super cool people were there as well. The pool and jacuzzi is cleaned every day and you could easily stay onside the whole day. Maybe some more kitchen equipment would be nice to make full use of the outstanding kit hun within the apartment. Big thanks to Ivonne who hosted us perfectly!
