Well, I just feel like a little warmth is needed from the staff. They greet you and talk but it seems very forced.

I went on 2 occasions, the 1st was for a Microblading & Shading who attended me was Helena Herrada, I loved it! my eyebrows turned out great just as I wanted them, she is so simple and kind, she gives the dialogue of questions to the doubts, I loved it, she is so pretty. But the girl at the reception is not as warm as the owner, when I arrived I smiled at her and while I was at the counter I wanted to make a warmer environment when talking with her, but she only answers you very corkscrew, she hardly even smiles at you, it's Very dry. In the 2nd. occasion I went for a photo rejuvenation promotion and I did see results, the person who attended me during the treatment was also very kind, but the other receptionist was very dry. I loved the place because it is very hygienic, very beautiful inside, Helena is super friendly, pretty. And they always have promotions, I've been to others but I liked this one better. The only thing I don't like is the girl at the reception, well a Japanese saying goes, when you hire staff with customer service, hire smiles, someone dry without warmth just drives away customers. I plan to keep going, their promotions are Woao!!
