★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in a tower in Mazatlan and have been without an elevator since October 27, 2019. Our board decided to go with Schindler as the manufacturer of the elevator - which by the way is not designed for our building. They were to start work in the first part of December. They didn't start until after the first of the year. They keep coming up with other things they find broken. They did not do a thorough investigation of the damages and have been making excuses everyday. Always needing a new part for something. It is February 13, 2020 and we STILL do not have an elevator. By now - we could have had a brand new elevator for less cost than waiting months to get something fixed they said would take 2 weeks. WORST COMPANY EVER. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
