El merengue no te empalaga, el pan es suave y con el grado de "humedad" perfecto (ni lo sentirás reseco, ni se chorreará en la charola), y ni que decir de los decorados, sencillamente hermosos!!!
If what you are looking for is an exquisitely delicious cake, Eli's is your best option.
The meringue does not make you cloying, the bread is soft and with the perfect degree of "humidity" (it will not feel dry, nor will it drip on the tray), and not to mention the decorations, simply beautiful !!!
