-Tardan mucho en atender/preparar cualquier alimento o bebida
-Algunos alimentos están mal preparados (crudos)
Y en general el servicio al cliente no es ni de cerca bueno

-They take a long time to serve/prepare any food or drink
-Some foods are poorly prepared (raw)
And in general the customer service is not anywhere near good
