Hi booked a car rental back in January for our vacation in May i have to cancel because of the covid-19 and they will not give me a refund!!!!! I have made several calls and they flat out lie to you saying the boss is not there (he is never there) I finally got a hold of him 1 month ago and he said he will process my refund and I still have not gotten a refund and am still trying to this day.. terrible crooks DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER!!

This is the best place to rent a car as an American. Let me tell you why, I came to Cancun with 2 friends, as you can tell already, everyone here is trying to make a quick buck off of an American. They lie and scam our money. But not Oscar and elite car rental, not only was Oscar upfront about the daily rate with an fair price (much much better than the airport price) he was also very accommodating with our travels. The police here often try to catch foreigners and charge you a crazy fees and when we got the car he said: "if the police pulls you over trying to hustle for money, you tell them you're gonna call the embassy and you call me." When we got in an minor accident (dents), we were worried that when returning the car, we would pay an insanely high rate so we took the car to two separate auto shops to get an estimate for the repair cost (both place said about $175). When we returned the car, Oscar showed up with his own repair guy, they took a look and said... $175. That was the moment I told myself, Imma give him the best review ever. He is an honestly man making an honestly living. From getting ridicules prices everywhere I go, and constantly getting ripped off by greedy salesmen and haggling everything and every time, it was so nice to experience the fair and honesty that Oscar upheld. I hope EVERYONE get your car rentals here. I mean it, especially if you are an American and scared of getting ripped off, COME TO ELiTE CAR RENTAL CANCUN. When I comeback next time to Cancun, 1000% I'm gonna rent my car here. I wish nothing but the best for Elite Car Rental Cancun, and I wish the best for Oscar and his family. -One Loyal Customer
