No había gerente en turno ni encargado de tienda en lugar para dar solución, nos dejaron esperando 40 minutos, para poder realizar el cambio de producto, esperando autorización telefónica de alguien más. La franquicia debe cuidar y evaluar a quien otorga sus franquicias. No compren allí, hay mejores opciones en la misma plaza como por ejemplo Martí. Terrible service, we bought a Nike brand back pack.
