Can you ask your manager to make an exception? I have the ticket, the short has its label and is in perfect condition, just as I bought it. A few minutes later ... -He: They tell me they want to return a garment and more than fifteen days have passed; it can not be anymore. -My husband and I: We do not want the money back, we want the same garment but a smaller size. He asks the young woman if there are more shorts and she replies that there are no more; I don't think so and I check the racks (which she supposedly checked before) and I easily find the garment, in gray -not black- but the size we are looking for. With total reluctance and saying that "he was eating and had to interrupt his meals to attend us" (incredible !!!) he makes the call to his immediate superior and, immediately, they answer him that yes, he can make the change. As the classics say: Debut and farewell! Elite Locker is totally banned from our continuous consumption activity in the different shops of Plaza Galerías. My recommendation for those who are in charge of the business: review the training they give their employees and learn and put into practice the concept of QUALITY IN SERVICE ... they have no idea how important a customer is ... maybe today, in times of pandemic, even more so.
