★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia, me entregaron una camisa con desgaste (rota) del puño izquierdo, además los puños de traje presentaban mala confección, ya que uno tenía literalmente los hilos colgando y otro tenía marcas de antiguas bastillas.

La ropa la regresaste con los puños bien sucios, todos cochambrosos, hasta parece que te pusiste hacer la mezcla con esa ropa, lo más probable es que dañaste la ropa y lo que buscaste fue reclamar antes de que se te cobrara la prenda..
Es ropa de renta, si quieres algo nuevo e impecable cómpralo, no lo rentes.

Separé un traje semanas antes, lo recogí el día del evento y ya en casa para cambiarme me dieron uno tallas más chicas.
Consejo: no renten trajes aquí a varios nos pasó ese problema. O... pruebenselo otra vez ahí mismo al momento de recogerlo
