No te dicen desde un principio toda la papelería necesaria sino que conforme se les va ocurriendo te van pidiendo más y más y más; "obviamente" te tratan como criminal dejándote sin derechos porque "ellos estan arriesgando su propiedad al rentar te a ti", dejándote obviamente (según ellos) sin ningún derecho (como si tú no les estuvieras dando ya toda tu info). Adicional a la papelería que siempre piden solicitaron 3 referencias (le marcaron a las 3) y un recibo comercial (como si forzosamente todos debiéramos al liverpool ¿?), cuanto ganas, donde vives, recibos de nómina, etc etc etc y jamás ellos te muestran el aviso de privacidad de información que POR LEY deben de mostrar. Hablando de ley, todo lo manejan en efectivo y te piden que vayas y des un mes de renta para separar y otro por adelantado que todos sabemos será más de 20mil pesos y los traigas en la mano como si fueran 5 pesos porque evaden impuestos. Ni les solicites que sea transferencia o con tarjeta porque te van a decir que NO. Todo el tiempo te amenazan con que si tú no separas YA AHORITA HOY vamos a seguir mostrando la casa: no te la separaban ni un día. Únicamente proseguimos porque sabíamos que a partir de hecha la renta ya no los volveriamos a ver pero no es recomendable. Si se puede evitar, mejor.
