New restaurant right In central city with friendly staff! Nice seafood options for appetizers and entrees. We had a glass of Chardonnay and glass of red blend. Both tasty. Shared the Rockefeller Oysters (get 6) which were great. Ordered the fish fillet (local white fish) and octopus (whole). Great flavor! Had the crème brûlée which was good as well.

Amazing new seafood restaurant. The lobster was sooooo good. My husband had the steam and it was one of the bests he’s ever had!

Excellent service. Drinks were great. Food was delicious. Ambience was lively being on the corner.

The food deserves 5/5 stars, however we were really disappointed with the service. The bill you get doesn't include service charge, so when we paid for our bill the staff decided by themselves that the rest is the tip. After waiting for 10 minutes to get the change and bill back, we asked the staff regarding it. Our change was already in "TIPS" can. Just an advice on etiquette, customer decides on the amount of tip. We would have tipped more than the change, however the last thing changed our perspective..

We sat down for a drink, realised it was a proper seafood restaurant so we decided to leave. As we were leaving, someone came over, asked us what type of thing we were looking for (a cocktail bar in our case) and he then walked us down the road to a really nice spot. Incredible, and rare, customer service, especially in a competitive tourist area.

This is the best restaurant in Holbox. The manager was very friendly and took the time to show old photos and tell us the background story of the restaurant. It is named after the first boat with tourist that came to Holbox. The food is very fresh and well prepared, try the Rockefeller oysters! This is one of the few places where the staff is friendly and professional. They don’t charge you tips included, but they really deserved a good tip! Keep going Jorge and team!

Between the prime location and the gorgeous design, this place could only serve their drink menu (unique and yummy craft cocktails & mocktails in addition to a legit wine list) and I’d spend the whole day here. Luckily, they also have amazing food. We had the local grilled fish with eggplant, lentils and arugula, which was so simple, but elegant and fresh, like, the arugula is grown on the island. We also had the classic Oysters Rockefeller, but they do it with Chaya and Edam cheese, Yucatan style. This is the only places on the island that offers all the raw bar classics; clams, shrimp, ceviches, oysters, lobster…. The oysters we ordered were top notch, not “good for Holbox” good, they are good for anywhere, my friend ordered the steamer clams and was drinking the broth, we also had the steak, octopus and a ceviche, all outstanding. The dessert menu is short, but it’s creme brûlée and Mexican hot chocolate with beignets, and they are both heaven. And the restaurant itself is seriously stunning, it’s a small space that feels grand with warm and attentive service. Looking forward to going back next week, I was even able to make a reservation on WhatsApp!
