★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor taller mecánico que conozco. Muy profesionales, cumplidos con los tiempos de entrega, precios justos y similares a talleres menos establecidos. Se cambiaron a un mejor lugar, con mejor ubicación en donde tienen unas instalaciones muy acogedoras si decides esperar tu auto.
Aparte prestan una gran variedad de servicios como por ejemplo arreglan cristales eléctricos.
Te dan una cotización al diagnosticar el fallo y el precio final es muy cercano a eso, no hay sorpresas al pagar.
Además de efectivo aceptan tarjetas de débito y crédito sin comisión adicional.
The best mechanical workshop I know. Very professional, complied with delivery times, fair prices and similar to less established workshops. They moved to a better place, with a better location where they have very cozy facilities if you decide to wait for your car.
Apart from that, they offer a wide variety of services, such as fixing electric windows.
You get a quote when diagnosing the failure and the final price is very close to that, there are no surprises when paying.
In addition to cash they accept debit and credit cards without additional commission.

They hit the failure of my vehicle the first time when in 3 other workshops they told me that the problem was some sensors that had to be changed, and it had nothing to do with the sensors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a cylinder misfire issue with our Mitsubishi 4WD and needed a good quality mechanic in Merida to sort it out. We had been recommended Elmers by others who had success there. Elmer speaks English which really makes a difference when trying to discuss complex automotive issues.
Elmer and his team were professional from the start, they have a very clean & well equipped workshop and an aircon waiting area with sofas, wifi, water etc.
As for the issue it was a hard one to troubleshoot and we'd had another mechanic already have a look with no success. Elmers team went to all measures to fix this problem, and it wasn't a simple one. In the end we had a smoothly running car and fixed at a very fair price. I'd highly recommend Elmer & his team for the simplest of oil changes to dealing with more complex issues such as ours.
