De los mejores elotes que eh probado aquí en León Guanajuato. El señor conserva "el sazón de antes" De hecho hasta en elcarrito que vende (que es como tipo carreta grandes de las antiguas) se nota lo tradicional de lo que ofrece.
Elote entero,Vaso mediano y vaso de medio litro, dorielotes y tostielotes es lo que vende. Olvídate de encontrar algún tipo de verdura como papa o chayote. Tampoco tiene salsas ni nada por el estilo. Aquí se encuentra lo básico en preparación del elote (mantequilla, mayonesa, sal, limón, chile) pero con mucho sabor. Además a todo esto agreguemos la atención de don Simón "EL AUSENTE" y la muchacha Mary que ambos son muy amables.

One of the best elotes that I have tried here in León Guanajuato. The gentleman preserves "the seasoning of before" In fact, even in the little cart he sells (which is like the big old wagon type) you can see the traditional of what he offers.
Whole corn, medium glass and half liter glass, dorielotes and tostielotes is what he sells. Forget about finding some kind of vegetable like potato or chayote. It also has no sauces or anything like that. Here you will find the basics in preparing corn (butter, mayonnaise, salt, lemon, chili) but with a lot of flavor. In addition to all this we add the attention of Don Simón "EL AUSENTE" and the girl Mary who are both very kind.
