Los elotes no se me antojaron y la señora me corrió cuando me iba a estacionar. I only went to the carnitas in front of the market on Friday. Those are good mamalonas. The corn did not appeal to me and the lady ran me off when I was going to park.

Y el maíz se siente mascizo y un poco seco por lo mismo de lo asado. También debo agregar que el "chile no picoso" si pica, en algunas ocasiones me gustaría disfrutar del sabor del picante sin tanta acidez del chile picante. Y junto a este punto agrego que ambos chiles están muy salados, ahí le podrían agregar limón para darle sabor al chile y menos sal, porque junto con la mantequilla de sal se vuelve aún más salado. I would suggest adding a piece of fresh butter to the corn during cooking for a better flavor. And the corn feels chunky and a bit dry because of the roasting. I must also add that the "non-spicy chili" is hot, sometimes I would like to enjoy the flavor of the heat without so much acidity of the hot chili. And next to this point I add that both chiles are very salty, there you could add lemon to flavor the chile and less salt, because together with the salt butter it becomes even saltier.
