★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like a place where you can't breathe well because of the smoke from cigarettes, you can't talk or listen to anyone because of the music being too loud, if you like not being able to walk or even think because the place that is too crowded, this is a place for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a reservation days in advance and confirmed the day of. When we got there, they made us wait outside for a literal hour and then said they were full. A very poorly run business with inconsiderate staff and a complete lack of sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible place and mood A dueling piano bar is cool everywhere in this planet, except for this one. They pretend to be very elegant, they misunderstand the concept of a piano bar. If you are fancy, go there!!! If you really like piano, then go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff who think that they have the right to be upscale because of their "upscale-ness" - even if you have a reservation they will most likely make you wait at the entrance and be aggressive about it. This place even has the typical racist "cadenero" as if this were a club for 18yo.
Most Duelling Pianos places worldwide are quite fun, this was overrun by the rudeness and aggressiveness of the staff / if looking for a good place to hang, this is not it. Would avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make you wait before letting you in, even though we had a reservation. Too much smoke, unprofessional and somehow disrespectful waiters. They lied when requested the credit card terminal arguing that it was connected by cable, showing up later with a wireless terminal because one credit card required digital signature. Pushed for a 20% tip, when not customary to ask for it. Temperature was too hot, music and ambiance was OK,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We never got in. Apparently, making a reservation at 3:00 in the afternoon on the day of is waiting until the last minute. I could understand if it were 2 hours from arrival time, but it was 9:45 at night. Our reservation never made it into the hands of the doorman with the list. No accommodations were made when we showed our CONFIRMED reservation. He just brushed us off and we weren't the only ones. If you can't relay reservations to the doorman in 2019, then you need to update your system.
