Hoy 14/02/22 fui a recoger un saco y llegando a la tienda pude apreciar como una señorita salió molesta porque le hicieron pagar por una prenda que aparentemente rompió. Ignore la situación en ese momento y prosegui con la compra de mi artículo, quise probarme un pantalón que me gustó y pedi este mismo para mí talla. Me entregaron la prenda y ni si quiera me lo pude poner bien ya que no era de mi talla y no podía ni alzarmelo, por consiguiente entregue la prenda a la trabajadora y me hizo el comentario de que el pantalón estaba roto y que yo era la culpable de este acontecimiento.
Me moleste bastante y pude entender la situación que se sucito con la señorita que estaba cuando yo llegué.
De lo peor con esta tienda.
In this store they scam you by making you believe that you ripped your clothes. Today 02/14/22 I went to pick up a bag and arriving at the store I could see how a lady left upset because they made her pay for a garment that apparently broke. I ignored the situation at that time and continued with the purchase of my article, I wanted to try on a pair of pants that I liked and I ordered this one for my size. They gave me the garment and I couldn't even put it on properly since it wasn't my size and I couldn't even lift it, so I gave the garment to the worker and she made the comment that the pants were torn and that I was the guilty of this event.
It bothered me a lot and I was able to understand the situation that happened with the lady who was there when I arrived.
The worst with this store.
