No estoy Seguro Si pueden estar mejor a nivel de Recursos y Herramientas para agilizar los procesos, pero lo que si estoy seguro es que los funcionarios que allí están hacen un gran trabajo y esfuerzo para llevar todo el proceso de forma eficiente y agradable. Nosotros también debemos poner de nuestra parte siendo Pacientes, organizados y atentos a toda información que ellos allí proporcionan para que así todo fluya de la mejor manera posible. Antes de llegar a sus Citas por favor asegúrese de llevar todo lo que ellos requieren. De lo contrario no podrán acceder a la Embajada. Excellent service!! I'm not sure if they can be better at the level of Resources and Tools to streamline processes, but what I am sure is that the officials who are there do a great job and effort to carry out the entire process efficiently and pleasantly. We must also do our part by being patient, organized and attentive to all the information that they provide there so that everything flows in the best possible way. Before you arrive for your Appointments please make sure you bring everything they require. Otherwise they will not be able to access the Embassy.
M	María Guzmán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, abrieron antes de las 8am, nos registraron, cobraron (hay punto de venta/terminal para pagar con tarjeta) y todo ordenado para cuando llegarán los funcionarios solo finalizar el trámite, a las 8 puntual comenzaron y en menos de 20min ya me habían entregado. Venia con terror de pasar el día en la embajada o que el Trato fuese pésimo como es común en los organismos del gobierno, única excepción que he vivido. No es necesario ir de madrugada ni nada, con estar 30min antes es suficiente! Suerte a todos con sus trámites. Excellent service, they opened before 8am, they registered us, charged us (there is a point of sale / terminal to pay with a card) and everything ordered for when the officials will arrive, just finish the process, at 8 o'clock on time they started and in less than 20min I had delivered. He came in terror of spending the day at the embassy or that the Treatment was terrible as is common in government agencies, the only exception I have experienced. Viaje desde Usa, denver colorado y el día de mi cita fui hospitalizado con bronquitis, pensé que había perdido mi cita y para no dejar me acerqué a la embajada a ver si podía dejar un recado y para mi sorpresa me asistieron en todo lo que necesitaba hacer, inclusive ya no estaban en horario de atención me ayudaron en todo, debo decirles que el personal de el nuestra embajada en México cuenta con personal muy profesional que representa lo que somos! Agradecido con ustedes y aprecio mucho el trabajo que hacen por los ciudadanos I attended the embassy of Venezuela in Mexico today, April 20, 2022. I traveled from USA, Denver Colorado and on the day of my appointment I was hospitalized with bronchitis, I thought I had missed my appointment and so as not to leave I went to the embassy to see if I could leave a message and to my surprise they assisted me in everything I needed to do, they were even out of business hours they helped me in everything, I must tell you that the staff of our embassy in Mexico has very professional staff that represents who we are! Grateful to you and I greatly appreciate the work you do for citizens

The staff was AWESOME- super helpful, nice and professional. Highly recommend anyone looking to visit Venezuela to get their visa from this embassy.
