They do not charge you to take you to the cabins, it is already included in the price. As for the cabins, they are about 10 minutes by boat from the edge of the dam but you cannot get there by car, possibly by hiking, but it is not marked on the map and Google did not approve me to add the place because there is no road. , but it is not far from the pier, the cabins are worth 1000 pesos a night and reservations are mandatory since they have to coordinate your arrival with the boatmen, you can take your food, they lend you a grill, there is no food and they do not sell food nearby or in the cabins, they only sell drinks. In the common areas there is Wi-Fi, it is not the best but it is useful to communicate with the world and upload one or another story. Recommended to disconnect with friends or partner, do not forget to take a mosquito repellent.
