★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bonito y placentero. Si contratas paquete con guías porciones de comida muy limitadas así mismo como la variedad de ellas, y el lugar a escoger,.es mejor llegar por tu propia cuenta. No puedes llevar bebidas ni hieleras,solo agua potable.
 Nice and pleasant place. If you hire a package with guides, very limited food portions as well as the variety of them, and the place to choose, it is better to arrive on your own. You cannot bring drinks or coolers, only drinking water.

De ida a la ISLA muy buena atención,
De regreso ISLA-EMBARCADERO no respetan el cupo máximo de personas
Quieren "lanchas Sardinas" querían subirnos 4 personas más a una lancha que su capacidad era de 16 , se ponen.prepotentes y se molestan ,no hay nadie que regule esto
Ojalá nunca pase una desgracia por sus imprudencias.
Y de la sana distancia y reglas de protección COVID mejor ni mencionarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The water taxi service costs 50 Pesos and the service is supposed to stop at 17:00. When we were on the pier to catch the boat back at 16:45 the person with the small boat told us that he would not be able to fit us all on and we should take the next boat. That arrived at 16:55, however would not dock with the pier, because he said the normal service had ended already. He would only talk us back to the mainland if we would pay 20 Pesos extra. In the end we got him to take us over to the mainland, however he insisted on the extra pay, because his colleagues had gone home and he would need to ferry the rest of the people by himself. In the end we did not pay him; since we had paid a return ticket and were in time for the trip back. Other people had to pay, because they would not let them board without. The young lady in the ticket office would not tell us where we can complain or who is in charge. To sum it up; Ixtapa Island is a touristic spot with some good snorkeling, not as remote as I would have preferred but with a good and friendly service on the way there and while on the island. The problem is the way back and the intend to rip off the last tourists with the extra for the return trip. Spoils the whole days good experiences. shame!
