★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice spot, it’s so romantic, like little Venise. But, if you’re tourist don’t go there when you’re the only tourist cause everybody want money, for eat drink song photo, everybody want you in their boat and prices change.

You will get so many tourists speaking english and can join with them for the experience.
Latest price per Trajineras (boats) is 500 mxn per hour and NOT per person.
Have excellent time there and enjoy fully.

I am updating this review that was previously one star. The owner's response is respected and I will change my review level. I cannot provide a five because I did not witness serenity, but it is correct that when our tour started the canals seemed to be more quiet than when we exited in the late afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bae and i’s monthiversary today. We went to Xochimilco it was beautiful! We negotiated our ride on the little bots. We completed the 2 hr tour. As we were touring the lake, vendors sold their items via their boats. You had food vendors, gift vendors, and even music with mariachis dominating the lake. We enjoyed the mariachis playing for us and dancing on the boats. We were the only two people sitting in a boat of 15-18. We recommend taking a group of people and dividing up the cost it'll make it more economical! We enjoyed ourselves overall. Its a must experience if you travel to Xochimilco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great spot to start your Xochimilco journey. There's a marketplace where you can buy tacos, enchiladas, mole and steak before heading out to the waters. Expect to pay 500 pesos per hour, pre-download some Mariachi music, and bring some drinks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovey, colorful, way to spend an hour or two. You can do lots of prep, and have a full family boat picnic…but you can also just arrive with nothing and get some drinks and food on the boat. It definitely gets crowded on a Sunday, when we went, making it a bit harder for the boats to get around…but it also makes it kinda fun seeing all the different groups having very different adventures on their different boats
