En mi vida me había tratado tan mal en un lugar… hace 3 semanas mandé un correo pidiendo información sobre una visa y aún estoy esperando que tan siquiera lo lean , con todo y eso fui a la puerta de la embajada y cómo era un día festivo de México casi me tiraron la puerta en la cara , que falta de educación gente grosera me llevé la peor impresión.Les voy a dar una estrella porque sinceramente google no me da la opción de no poner ninguna .
What a great disrespect of the workers of this embassy! Never in my life had I been treated so badly in a place... 3 weeks ago I sent an email asking for information about a visa and I'm still waiting for them to even read it, even so I went to the door of the embassy and how it was a holiday from Mexico they almost threw the door in my face, what a lack of education rude people I got the worst impression. I'm going to give them one star because honestly google does not give me the option of not putting any.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The efficiency of the staff is impressive, but you should bring your documents ready, specially the copies, is better if you bring two of everything. Be nice because Mrs. Petra hasn't patience. Don't use the phone inside if you don't want an attention call.

They didn't answer phone calls or emails, appointment's web page didn't work, and if you get there they don't receive you, or they had bad attitude.
Only the security man is kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Peter Schebesta was super helpful to process my daughters passport. She really went out of her way to help me and explain me everything thoroughly. Also her colleague was so kind to expedite my daughters emergency passport even though they had tons of work! I am grateful that they helped me out when I was in a rush and travelling alone with my young daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible attention, I scheduled my appointment a month ahead, I had all papers ready and was treated very poorly by the staff. Several occurrences happened during the appointment.
1. The staff seemed very entitled, and explicitly said "We are doing you a favour". Just because the visa was exempt from any fees.
2. I got told while I was there multiple times that my application will not be approved when I had all the needed documents. Spoiler alert: They approved my visa.
Very entitled, once I was in Austria a lot more Mexicans shared that their experiences were very similar.
